Work: Transformations Art Project

For my geometry assignment, I created four graphed images using formulas including a preimage, translation, reflection, and 90 degrees clockwise. My assignment addresses interpersonal skills due to starting the assignment by myself but then realized I needed my peers’ help. I worked cooperatively with a classmate and turned the situation into a positive experience where I could ask for help instead of my pride getting in the way of my progress. I am very proud of this assignment because I turned my frustration into a learning lesson. I learned to plan and use time management and learned I shouldn’t have overwhelmed myself by trying to create more than I could handle. I once again am learning to develop my management skills in every area of my project, and I plan on using my learning experience in future projects. Asking for help was difficult because I didn’t want to restart after working on this project for multiple hours. I could improve my project by making each detail clearer. When I started over, I changed my project using procreate online instead of using regular graph paper. My Transformation Art project relates to previous projects because I have used the platform procreate before. I can apply my project to future learning by asking for help when struggling or looking for clarification.
