Work: Honeycreeper Project
Class: Biology
Teacher: Mrs. Wilson
I created a google slide and wrote a paper about the Apapane bird. I learned about how adaptive radiation and evolution can affect a species population. The Honeycreeper assignment taught me Self-Directional skills because I demonstrated my ability to understand and monitor my own learning needs, and to goal-set, because of this I was able to present my finished work on time and educate my classmates about the Apapane population's adaptive radiation. I am proud of my work because I spent time and effort to create this storyline. The most difficult part about this project was presenting because I was nervous about speech and conveying my assignment so that everyone could understand.
